Friday,
February 8 is National Girl Scout Cookie Day and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria has created
a Thin Mint Cookie Cheesecake, made with pieces of thin mint cookie, thin mint
crust and topped with whipped cream. The
cheesecake will sell for $5 a slice from February 8 – 22 with all proceeds
supporting Girl Scout leadership programs in Southern Nevada. The Thin Mint Cheesecake is available at all
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria locations in Las Vegas.
