If you have not had the experience or if you are apprehensive of shooting then stop by. All the instructors are friendly and assist you in the handling and loading of your chosen firearm.  What a feeling, a little frightening but once you realize that the gun is not going to hurt you or harm you then you can focus on aiming and hitting your target. I chose to shoot an AK47 which did not have much of a kick and was relatively light. Went through 25 Rd and yes one did hit me on the head but I did not let that detract me from shooting.  After finding my rhythm and overcoming my apprehension I did indeed manage to get in a few good shots on the zombie target sheet I chose.

You can also have your firearm cleaned, maintained and repaired here. Plus should you work up an appetite there is a restaurant onsite. Gary’s Café offers a complete menu offering full breakfasts, entrées and burgers and sandwiches plus desserts.   However given the seriousness of handling and firing….NO Alcoholic beverages are offered. Safety always comes first at The Range 702!

They offer free transportation and will match all competitors’ coupons.  Some of the specials:

Happy Hour – Sundays through Wednesdays from 5 pm – 6 pm – receive half off range fee  

Hospitality Workers – Tuesdays – All hospitality workers with a valid work ID receive 10% off all range packages or free range fees with the purchase of a box of ammo.

Date Night – Wednesdays from 4 pm – 6 pm – Receive $60 for two range time, two targets, one box of 9mm ammo and two dinners from Gary’s Café.

Ladies Night – Thursdays from 4 pm – 6 pm – Ladies receive free range time and 20% off salads and wraps.  

What I would recommend for the ladies is – (HINT – maybe for a Bachelorette Party!)

The  Femme Fatale – for ladies who are new or inexperienced with shooting. This package includes 20 rounds with a 9mm handgun, 25 rounds with a Ruger SR Rifle, targets and $10 store credit. (Call for pricing.)
