“Top Chef” Carla Pellegrino made a debut at this year’s Consumer Electronics
Show with a pop-up Meatball Spot for convention-goers to enjoy.
Bringing
the ever-popular eatery to CES guests, Pellegrino serves up the delicious
tastes that can only be found at Town Square Las Vegas. Serving favorites such
as salads and meatball heroes to over 1,000 patrons daily, Pellegrino’s pop-up
has had a non-stop line with guests raving about her recipes.
“I’m
impressed I was able to get such a quality culinary experience in a convention
environment,” said one convention-goer. “It was a great idea for Meatball Spot
to set this up.”
Pellegrino
and the Meatball Spot pop-up will be stationed at CES until Friday, Jan. 11 and
is located in the South Hall.
Meatball
Spot is open daily for lunch, dinner and late-night dining: Sunday through
Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m., Thursday, from 11 a.m. until midnight,
and Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. until 1 a.m. Meatball Spot, located
directly across from Rave Motion Pictures at Town Square Las Vegas, remains
open for special screenings and big opening nights. More information is
