TENDER Steak & Seafood Adds New Winter Dishes


TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino introduces new winter dishes available throughout the chilly season.

As the weather turns cooler, guests can warm up with seasonal appetizers such as the Winter Pumpkin Ravioli which is served in a ginger pumpkin sauce, topped with apple chips and priced at $12. Also available is the Pumpkin Squash and Apple Soup. Priced at $8, it is made with roasted Kabocha pumpkin squashes and Fuji apples pureed with vegetable broth and fresh apple cider.

The restaurant also has unveiled its new Lamb Tasting, priced at $46, complete with lamb rack chop, lamb loin porterhouse and garlic rosemary lamb sauce. Sweet Potato Puree, priced at $7, is the ideal winter accompaniment made with roasted jewel yams pureed with maple butter.

Sweet seasonal finales, priced at $7 each, include the Pennsylvania Dutch Apple Tart, topped with oatmeal apple chip crumble, green apple sorbet and cider caramel sauce; and Pumpkin Crème Brulee, made with pumpkin custard, caramelized raw sugar, eggnog Chantilly and served with a gingersnap sugar cookie.

The elegant restaurant features warm cherry wood walls and soft mood lighting for an upscale dining experience. Highlighted by leather seating and antler-crusted chandeliers, the interior offers guests a luxurious ambiance combined with a classic intimate vibe. TENDER has a relaxing main dining room, bar and lounge and two smaller private dining rooms for meetings and small parties accommodating 15 to 30 guests, respectively.
