Scarpetta At Cosmopolitan Features Five Course Christmas Dinner!


On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Scarpetta Las Vegas will feature a five-course tasting menu, featuring aDuo of Kusshi Oysters served with Hackleback Caviar and Limoncello Granita, Spiced Winter Vegetable Soup with Goat Cheese Dumpling and Farro, Duck and Foie Gras Ravioli, Kobe Waygu NY Strip served with Potato Gnocci and Wild Mushroom and Barolo Sauce. The tasting will be topped off with a dessert of Red Wine Spice Poached Pears, Vanilla Bean Gelato and Candied Almonds. ($110 per person, alcohol, tax and gratuities not included).

Ring in the New Year with a six-course tasting and a view of The Strip at Scarpetta Las Vegas on New Year's Eve.  The tasting menu will showcase Scarpetta's Tuna Crudo with Hackleback Caviar, Truffle Crème Friache, Granny Smith Apple and Pickled Onion, Diver Scallops with Sunchoke, Maitake Mushroom and Pinenut Gremolata, Spiced Butternut Soup and Ricotta and Truffle Raviolini with Black Truffles and Parmesan Emulsion.  For main course, a Kobe Waygu Strip with Potato Gnocchi, Wild Mushroom and Barolo Reduction will be served and "Six Textures of Chocolate" will complete the tasting for dessert. ($225 per person, alcohol, tax and gratuities not included).
