Factory American Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas has introduced a new menu
complete with dozens of new dining and cocktail selections.
Sugar
Factory’s new executive chef, Matthew Piekarski, has added an array of
selections to the entire menu, starting with two savory appetizers. The crispy
Popcorn Shrimp is paired deliciously with remoulade slaw and classic
horseradish cocktail sauce, and the spiced honey glazed chicken wings are
tossed in house-made sauce.
Piekarski
has also created a variety of hearty sandwiches including the Grilled Ham and
Brie Sandwich, made with oven-roasted shaved ham, imported brie, arugula and
fig preserves; the Double Grilled Cheese BLT Sandwich, made with applewood
smoked bacon, butter lettuce, Muenster and American cheeses; and the Grilled
Prime Steak Sandwich, made with prime top sirloin steak, sautéed onions,
roasted peppers and Muenster cheese on whole grain bread.
New
pizza selections include the flavorful Prosciutto Pizza, topped with spiced
pear chutney, imported brie, fennel and roasted peppers and finished with
truffle oil; and the Bacon and Artichoke Pizza, made with roasted garlic,
mozzarella, fontina and parmesan.
New
entrees include Sugar Factory’s Bouillabaisse made with mussels, clams, fresh
white fish, gulf shrimp, calamari, scallops, saffron, tomato broth and grilled
crostini; and Spicy Shrimp Pasta, made with gulf shrimp, sautéed in oil and
chili flakes, a spicy tomato broth, lemon, baby spinach and dried chilies.
Known
for its decadent desserts, Sugar Factory has added the S’Mores Crepe, topped
with toasted marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, melted chocolate chunks,
dark chocolate and vanilla bean ice cream; and the Rocky Road Pizza, made with
milk chocolate chunks, dark chocolate sauce, marshmallow fluff and graham
crackers. Other new dessert selections include Mexican Hot Chocolate fondue,
complete with dark chocolate, cinnamon and almonds and served with cajeta stuffed
churros, and the Dulce Delicious sundae, made with dulce de leche ice cream,
hot caramel sauce, pecans, whipped cream and waffle cone pieces.
Sugar
Factory has added several new cocktails to its sweet treat-inspired cocktail
list, as well. The Almond Joy Martini is made with Bacardi Coconut, Godiva Milk
Chocolate Liqueur and Toschi Nocello Walnut Liqueur, and the Cherry Tootsie Pop
cocktail is a potent concoction made of Godiva Milk Chocolate Liqueur, Three
Olives Chocolate Vodka, Three Olives Cherry Vodka and a special cherry puree.
Situated
in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, with direct access from Las Vegas
