All
Pasta Cucina locations (Boulder Station, Palace Station, Texas Station and
Sunset Station) and the following steakhouses: The Broiler Steak & Seafood
at Boulder Station and Palace Station, Fuego at Fiesta Henderson, The Charcoal
Room at Santa Fe Station, Austins at Texas Station and Sonoma Cellar at Sunset
Station, have lowered dozens of prices across the board while maintaining the
same quality and, in many cases, giving guests more courses for their money.
Station Casinos is committed to providing the Las Vegas locals’ market great
value for high quality and the decision to lower prices falls in line with this
philosophy. Station Casinos decided to reduce prices so more locals could enjoy
high quality food more often. Now, instead of waiting for a special occasion,
guests and families can enjoy an elegant meal any day of the week without
having to worry about a high bill. Guest gave feedback to Station Casinos that
they wanted more for their money, and the changes in pricing reflect what they
want.
At
steakhouses, prices on nearly all entrees were lowered as much as $8. Making
the deal even more attractive, soup or salad and a side of the chef’s seasonal
vegetables are included. For example, a petite filet at Sonoma Cellar had
previously cost $33 and is now $24.99 with the added courses included. In most
previous cases, nearly all items were sold a la carte. By adjusting prices to
better suit the needs of guests, it gives people more opportunities to enjoy a
fine dining experience.
The
select steakhouse locations also offer an unbeatable dinner value for the level
of quality: a $24.99 special that includes an entrée choice of prime rib,
grilled salmon, pan roasted herb chicken, or prime top sirloin. The special
comes with a choice of soup or salad (salad bar at The Broiler locations) and
chef’s vegetable, as well as dessert.
The
value at the select steakhouses goes beyond steak. Other entrée choices that
offer exceptional value include the roasted half chicken ranging from $14-$19
with those prices including the same courses as the steak offerings. Prices
also dropped on side dishes with prices now ranging from $3-$4 for dishes such
as grilled asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and macaroni & cheese.
Pasta
Cucina restaurants always offered incredible value and have stepped up their
game with an updated menu featuring appetizers beginning at $4.99, soups and
salads beginning at $3.99 and entrées that include soup or house salad and warm
breadsticks beginning at $6.99. The highest priced item on the entire menu, the
Tuscan steak made with blue cheese and served with roasted tomatoes,
caramelized onions and Parmesan potatoes, costs only $12.99. Prices for house
entrées and house favorites, such as spaghetti and meatballs, begin at only
$6.99. Other options, such as lasagna, baked ziti and Tuscan angel hair run
only $7.99.
