It
may be fall, but things are heating up again as Vegas prepares for the annual
Latin Grammy awards, and with a residency show in Vegas, Santana is sure to
bring a little buzz to the city this coming week. Last night marked the start
of the November run dates for Carlos Santana at the House of Blues Las Vegas at
Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Special guest Sergio Vallín, lead guitarist
of premier Mexican rock band Mana, joined Carlos on stage and had the crowd
going crazy! They performed songs including Corazon Espinado, Incident at
Neshabur, and Sacalo.
The
special series of headlining shows by one of the greatest guitarist in rock
history, An Intimate Evening with Santana: Greatest Hits Live – Yesterday,
Today & Tomorrow, will continue with performances Nov. 9-11, Nov. 13, and
Nov. 15-17 before returning in Jan. 2013.
