Last
night was the first night of two very special Styx shows at The Pearl Concert
Theater inside Palms Casino Resort. The band put on an amazing live performance
playing The Grand Illusion and Pieces of Eight in their entirety, in order –
fans went crazy. The group is set to perform the show again tonight. This is
the first time this show set up has been performed west of the Mississippi with
no plans of performing it again in 2013, so these were destination shows for
fans who came in from all over the world. One of the original founding members
Chuck Panazzo (hat and scarf in photos) joined the band for a few songs
throughout the night.
