Guns N' Roses enjoy strong opening week at The Hard Rock!

Guns N’ Roses received a warm welcome during opening weekend of their residency Appetite for Democracy at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Friday, Nov. 2. All the members of the legendary band including frontman Axl Rose, Tommy Stinson (bass), Frank Ferrer (drums), DJ Ashba (guitar), Chris Pitman (keyboards), Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal (guitar), Richard Fortus (guitar) and Dizzy Reed (keyboards) took time to pose for photos with AEG Live Las Vegas’ Vice President John Nelson, Vice President of Booking Bobby Reynolds and Marketing Director Suzanne Richardson and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s Vice President of Entertainment Paul Davis before taking the stage. In addition, as a special thank you, each band member was presented with a custom framed Appetite for Democracy craps felt.

Guns N’ Roses has teamed up with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and AEG Live to invade Las Vegas with a never-before-seen, one-of-a-kind three hour music experience. Throughout the residency, the band has wowed packed audiences with a set list created exclusively for The Joint. Appetite for Democracy spans the band’s biggest hits from their debut album Appetite for Destruction (1987) through their platinum-selling record Chinese Democracy (2008).
