Chocolat Bistro opens up at The Palms...DECADENT!


Palms Casino Resort steps up the sweetness with the opening of Chocolat Bistro, a chic fusion of traditional European cremerie and creperie featuring delectable crepes, a palette of bright, fruity gelatos, an array of mouthwatering desserts, lip smacking breakfast croissants and fresh flatbreads.

Chocolat Bistro offers 18 varieties of homemade gelato as well as specialty menu items such as Coppa Chocolat, a tantalizing combination of milk chocolat gelato, dark chocolat, Grand Marnier chocolat gelatos and fresh whipped cream.  Homemade crepes are available in enticing and bold flavors including Nutella and mascarpone, as well as apple, granola, and caramel. Guests can also enjoy savory options such as a warm croissant with egg, a Portobello mushroom and gruyere crepe and a sausage and roasted pepper flatbread with onions, tomato sauce and smoked mozzarella. An assortment of high caliber espresso beverages is also available.

With roots in Milan, Italy, Chocolat Bistro became world-famous for its exquisite chocolates, tempting crepes, and scrumptious gelato.  Its first US location in the Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego opened to critical and commercial raves in 2008.

With its first Las Vegas location at Palms, the Chocolat Bistro space is a warm, sumptuously beautiful chocolate oasis bringing the luxurious taste of top tier chocolates to life through contemporary design featuring rich wood tones, creamy caramel accents and sparkling chandeliers all complementing a menu designed to make every bite delectable.
