About
the “Delivering Magic” Book Drive & Contest:
Winder
Farms partnered with Mac King’s Magical Literacy Tour and Clark County READS,
the literacy initiative of The Public Education Foundation to provide local
public elementary schools with much needed funds and books. Book donors were
rewarded for their generosity with a chance to win free groceries and the
opportunity to direct money to the public elementary school of their choice.
Charity Kerr won the grand prize and will receive free groceries for a
year. She picked Gordon M. McCaw
Elementary School to receive the cash donation.
