& Hops Festival
Sample
fine wines, a unique selection of beers and food from some of Las Vegas' finest
restaurants--while helping to raise money for a good cause--at the Springs
Preserve's third annual Grapes & Hops Festival.
Kicking
off Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, this charity event benefits Par
for The Cure, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for breast
cancer research. Grapes & Hops will feature Afro-Cuban and salsa music by
Rick Arroyo and the Latin Percussion Ensemble, as well as a silent auction.
Grapes
& Hops will feature a wide array of wines, including offerings from The
Dreaming Tree, Francis Coppola, Klaus Dillman, Elsa, and Skinny Girl, as well
as beers from such brewers as New Belgium, Sierra Nevada, Dogfish Head, North
Coast, and Speakeasy, plus the hard-to-find Moa from New Zealand.
Restaurants
slated to participate include El Segundo Sol, Stripburger, Mon Ami Gabi,
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and P.F. Chang's China Bistro.
The
event is open to guests 21 and over.

Admission
$35 in advance for individuals ($40 day of event), or $60 per couple. Admission
includes a sampling glass and unlimited wine, beer and food samples. Springs
