Even politicians love Aria Resort! Who dined there?

On Sunday night, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich dined at the Las Vegas Strip’s newest restaurant, Javier’s at ARIA Resort & Casino. Gingrich was among the first to enjoy Javier’s (a Southern California and Los Cabos hotspot) regionally inspired fine Mexican cuisine.

Gingrich’s party sat in the private dining area, a special space which evokes an aura of Spanish royalty with shimmering tile walls, agave-leaf-inspired chandeliers and hand-carved wooden ceiling ornaments. Javier’s captivating décor was brought to life by veteran designer Dodd Mitchell.
