TENDER
Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino will introduce a tailgate lounge
menu for football fans on Sunday, Sept. 9. The menu will be available every
Sunday and Monday night from 5 to 9 p.m. throughout the regular season.
While
enjoying the football frenzy on flat-panel televisions in TENDER’s lounge,
guests will immerse themselves in big game eats with prices ranging from $3 to $20.
Executive Chef K.C. Fazel will put a TENDER twist on game day favorites such as
Homemade Texas Chili Fries with Cheddar Cheese; Beef Tenderloin Strip Taco
Salad made with sliced Angus beef tenderloin strips, avocado, pico de gallo,
cheddar cheese and sour cream over baby iceberg lettuce; Barbecue Wild Pork
Ciabatta Sandwich made with braised wild boar in homemade barbecue sauce,
caramelized onions and smoked Gouda cheese; and Bluepoint Oyster Shooters
served with seaweed salad, cocktail sauce and vodka.
Sports
enthusiasts can choose to complement their meals with a vast selection of
ice-cold beers or any of TENDER’s handcrafted cocktails including The Vixen,
made with Glenlivet 12-year scotch, Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth, fresh
sweet and sour and honey or the Sidecar, made with Courvoisier V.S.O.P. Cognac,
Grand Marnier and fresh sweet and sour.
The
elegant 12,000-square-foot restaurant features warm cherry wood walls and soft
mood lighting for an upscale dining experience. Highlighted by leather seating
and antler-crusted chandeliers, the interior offers guests a luxurious ambiance
combined with a classic and intimate feel. TENDER has a relaxing main dining
room, bar and lounge and two smaller private dining rooms for meetings and
small parties accommodating 15 to 30 guests, respectively.
