This
October Martorano’s inside Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, one of Las Vegas’
most high-energy restaurants, will offer special menu items in celebration of
National Pasta Month. Celebrity cook Steve Martorano has created a menu full of
unique dishes, each served for only one week in October, to honor this
month-long observance of all things pasta.
The dishes will feature seasonal vegetables, nuts and, of course,
several types of pasta and will supplement the traditional Martorano’s menu
full of guest favorites. From Martorano’s bucatini and cauliflower, to hot and
sweet sausage ziti, guests are sure to return every week to taste what’s next.
