Sunday,
Sept. 23, WET REPUBLIC at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino closed out the summer
season with a blowout event featuring special guest DJ Danny Avila.
The
17-year-old DJ phenomenon took over the DJ booth at 3 p.m. and sun-kissed
daylife patrons flocked to the pool deck to catch a glimpse of the spinning
sensation. Avila, playing a compilation of his original hits along with a few
crowd favorites including singles from AVICII, Tiesto and more, had partygoers
on their feet dancing through his entire set. Feeding off the energy from the
crowd the young DJ did not want the party to come to an end, but just after 5
p.m. Avila brought his Vegas debut to a close.
Following
Avila, DJ Gusto manned the decks and kept the party going into the early hours
of the evening. Just after 7 p.m. Vegas’ top pool party came to a close and
poolgoers said goodbye to another unforgettable season.
