Executive
Chef K.C. Fazel’s Yankee Beef Pot Roast, priced at $27, is a favorite on cold
days. Made with braised free-range grass-fed beef chuck accompanied by roasted
baby root vegetables and heirloom fingerling potatoes in rosemary beef sauce,
Fazel crafted the entrée with the aim to make “the best-tasting pot roast
imaginable.” His signature American Kobe Chili, made Texas style, is an upscale
version of an American classic. Made with Kobe beef, bacon and beer, the
flavorful dish is priced at $8. Patrons will be in the mood for fall and winter
with the all-new Pumpkin Pie Martini. This mix of Hiram Walker Pumpkin Spice
Liqueur, Captain Morgan rum, vanilla vodka, pumpkin pie mix, half and half and
simple syrup is available for $12.
The
elegant 12,000-square-foot TENDER Steak & Seafood features warm cherry wood
walls and soft mood lighting for an upscale dining experience. Highlighted by
leather seating and antler-crusted chandeliers, the interior offers guests a
luxurious ambiance combined with a classic and intimate feel. TENDER has a
relaxing main dining room, bar and lounge and two smaller private dining rooms
for meetings and small parties accommodating 15 to 30 guests, respectively.
