The
Raising Cane’s chicken restaurant chain www.raisingcanes.com will donate the
Labor Day profits from all five of its Las Vegas stores to the Las Vegas
Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities.
“We
donate our profits four times each year and we are excited to help a great
organization like the Las Vegas chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities,” said
Raising Cane’s Chief Marketing
Officer
Justin Micatrotto. “They do great work with the children in our community and
we are proud to be part of it.”
The
Richard Petty Driving Experience show car will be on display Monday, Sept. 3,
at the Raising Cane’s franchise at 7550 Las Vegas Blvd. from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Customers may register to win an RPDE Ride-Along Package, hats and t-shirts.
Raising
Cane’s customers also may register at any of the five Las Vegas locations on
Sept. 3 to win free chicken fingers for one year.
Making
a difference in a child's life is the focus of Speedway Children's Charities.
SCC strives to do this in collaboration with the non-profit organizations it
supports nationwide. Individually,
SCC's
local chapters identify the needs of children in their communities and award
grants to organizations that address them. Last December, the Las Vegas Chapter
of Speedway Children's Charities granted $260,000 to 46 local children's causes
during its annual grant distribution ceremony. For
