"Top Chef Masters" Premiere Party in Vegas!

Wednesday, July 25, culinary royalty was in attendance at the “Top Chef Masters” Season 4 premiere party at the Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

At the party was “Top Chef Masters” Season 4 host Curtis Stone, “Top Chef Masters” Season 4 judges Francis Lam, James Oseland and Krista Simmons,  “Top Chef Masters” Season 3 Chef’testant and Top Chef judge Hugh Acheson, “Top Chef Masters” Season 3 Chef’testant Mary Sue Milliken, “Top Chef Masters” Season 2 Chef’testant Jonathan Waxman, “Top Chef Masters” Season 2 Chef’testant Rick Moonen, acclaimed Chef David Myers (Comme Ça), and “Top Chef Masters” Season 4 Chef’testants Patricia Yeo (Om Restaurant & Lounge/Moksa Pan Asian Izakaya), Art Smith (LYFE Kitchen and Southern Art Restaurants), Sue Torres (Sueños), Kerry Heffernan (NYC Chef), Debbie Gold (Kansas City’s The American Restaurant), Mark Gaier (Arrows) and Clark Frasier (Arrows).

The Cosmopolitan serves as the host resort for “Top Chef Masters” Season 4.  During the filming of the network’s award-winning show, the celebrity Chef’testants lived in and competed throughout the property, often interacting with the impressive roster of noteworthy chefs who make up the culinary collection at The Cosmopolitan.

The premiere party was open to the public and kicked off The Cosmopolitan’s weekly “Top Chef Masters” Season 4 viewing parties, held at the Boulevard Pool every Wednesday at 9 p.m.  Each week, “Top Chef Masters” fans are able to catch all of the culinary action of Season 4 from the resort’s 65’ digital marquee while enjoying delectable party snacks.  Viewing parties are non-ticketed, open to the public and all-ages.  Viewing parties are scheduled for Aug. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and Sept. 5, 12, 19 and the anticipated action-packed finale on Sept. 26.

Situated at the heart of the Las Vegas strip, The Cosmopolitan showcases some of the country’s most celebrated chefs and brands. Fashioned into one level called P3 Commons, this innovative neighborhood of restaurants redefines the modern face of Las Vegas dining. The resort is home to Jaleo and China Poblano restaurants by Chef José Andrés, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill by restaurateurs Bruce and Eric Bromberg; Comme Ça by Los Angeles chef David Myers; New York City's Estiatorio Milos by restaurateur Costas Spiliadis; Holstein’s from Block 16 Hospitality; Scarpetta and D.O.C.G. by award-winning chef Scott Conant; and popular steakhouse STK from The One Group.
