Simon's Restaurant at Palms adds new innovative menu items!

Simon Restaurant & Lounge inside Palms Place is adding new flavor to the menu with a savory selection of dishes and creative pastry offerings. Celebrated Chef Kerry Simon and new Chef du Cuisine, Ben Halley, continue to create an array of innovative masterpieces for a menu to satisfy all taste buds.

“We saw an opportunity to expand the culinary adventure at Simon Restaurant & Lounge and we are excited to offer additional dishes including fresh seafood creations and unique takes on classic desserts,” said Chef Simon. “We strive to provide the freshest, top-quality ingredients and products for our guests, and we are confident that the new menu options will exceed expectations.”

On the savory side, chef has sourced a variety of the freshest seafood available including the California king salmon that is served alongside crushed baby potatoes, escarole and a horseradish crème fresh.  Seafood lovers also can indulge in flavorful dishes like the whole roasted branzino, served with shaved fennel, hot and sour peppers and lemon confit, or the pan-seared Alaskan halibut complemented by an Israeli cous cous, tomatoes, olives, cherries and pine nuts.  For some heat, try the Cajun spice rubbed 36 oz. prime tomahawk rib eye and returning to the menu due to popular demand, the tuna dynamite featuring lump crab and red chili aioli.

For those with a sweet tooth, the lemon ricotta cheesecake, warm chocolate pudding cake and the rich fried apple pie are sure to cure any craving.  The strawberry shortcake comprised of a strawberry cream scone, lemon basil strawberry jam, fresh strawberries and whipped crème fresh, is another staple on the new dessert menu. In addition to these new items, guests can still enjoy Simon favorites like the famous junk food platter.

Simon Restaurant & Lounge is the perfect location for the frequent local business lunch, a poolside happy hour, an extravagant dinner or a memorable weekend brunch.
