Smashburger sizzles into Fiesta Rancho! BURGERS!!

Award-winning Smashburger, the nation’s fastest growing “better burger” restaurant expands its fresh approach to burgers to Southern Nevada when it opens its first casino-based location on Thursday, June 14, 2012 inside Fiesta Rancho at 2400 N. Rancho Drive, Las Vegas. Smashburger brings its juicy burgers that are smashed fresh, served delicious, along with its Haagen-Dazs ® shakes, tempting sides and regional menu items crafted to please local’s palates to this North Las Vegas area.

The Fiesta Rancho Smashburger location is located in the food court and will provide service to the bingo hall and sports book, as well as takeout orders for hotel guests. Additionally, customers will be able to redeem their Boarding Pass points for Smashburger menu items. Boarding Pass is Station Casinos’ free rewards program that allows guests to earn and redeem points at any Station, Fiesta or Wildfire property. The new location will be open at 9 a.m. daily until 11 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturdays. A limited breakfast menu will also be featured.

Each Las Vegas Smashburger features menu items with regional flavors and tastes that are exclusive to that area. The Las Vegas menu includes the Sin City Smashburger which begins with a one-third or half-pound ball of 100-percent Certified Angus Beef, fried egg, applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, grilled onions, haystack onions and smash sauce on an artisan egg bun. The Sin City is also available as a Sin City Smashchicken sandwich.

At Smashburger, the secret is in the smash.  It starts with 100-percent—fresh, never frozen, Certified Angus Beef and is smashed on a 400 degree flat grill to sear in the juicy flavor. To further the “better burger” experience, the delicious burgers are served on a toasted artisan bun and topped with a selection of the freshest produce, real cheeses, and highest-quality condiments.

Smashburger’s signature recipes and create your own burgers are smashed fresh, and served delicious every time. But Smashburger is more than just burgers. Customers can also enjoy a selection of tender marinated grilled or crispy chicken sandwiches, grilled and split hot dogs, and fresh tossed signature salads, along with a variety of irresistible sides including rosemary and garlic–seasoned Smashfries, fried pickles, Haystack Onions, and Veggie Frites (flash-fried  and seasoned asparagus spears, carrot sticks and green beans).
