Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay is educational and FUN!

No resort is complete without exotic natural wonders. At Shark Reef you can see all kinds — sawfish, giant rays, endangered green sea turtles, piranha, jellyfish and the rare golden crocodile, to name a few. In all, there are over 2,000 animals in 1.6 million gallons of water.

Shark Reef is steadfastly dedicated to conservation and preservation. Recycling facility water and the use of imitation coral are just two examples.

Education

Dive with Sharks Program
Diving in the 1.3-million-gallon Shipwreck exhibit is the ultimate SCUBA experience. It's a lifetime's worth of encounters with rare sea creatures, all in one place, on one dive. Dive-certified Mandalay Bay and Annual Pass guests shouldn't pass on this invitation to dive with sharks, rays, sawfish, green sea turtles and schools of fish.
