Neutered Siberian Husky needs a FUREVER home in Las Vegas!

Dear Friends,

It is with a heavy heart, that we have had to come a decision to adopt out and place our beloved dog Nanouk to a new forever home. Due to changing lifestyles, circumstances and the recent diagnosis of asthma and allergies my children developed from his hair and dander, we have decided to release him to a better situation and trust that the powers that be will deliver him to the right place. 

Nanouk is a beautiful 2 year old Nuetered Siberian Husky. He is loving, gentle and great with children , small and big, great with dogs, small and big as well as cats. He has been through obediance school and is well trained and heels, sits, lies down and with regular training practise, can do many more things. He is highly trainable and eager to please. He is the perfect dog in every way! And a striking beauty on top!

He has only one problem. He has seizures and requires medication ( one pill, phenobarbital) twice a day at morning and night at feeding times. This keeps his seizures under control. He is a medium active dog but would ideally love to have an owner who is athletic and would love to run, bike or hike with him. He is the perfect hiking dog and is quite trustworthy off leach in isolated ares although he is bit over freindly to anyone he encounters.

If you are interested in a perfect outdoor companion, a family dog ( if you have a big yard) or a companion for your other large dog, he coud be for you. He needs an active owner, not recommended for the elderly since he is young and quite powerful. He is not a good watch dog and he's very quiet, but he will bark if he feels a territory breach. He is a talker and will occasionally howl like a wolf. He is crate trained and loves to sleep in there ( with the door open ) but you can close him in if you must for short periods.
