Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers at Harrah’s Las Vegas is offering special monthly
burger and shake combos this summer, keeping the menu fresh and fun. Each
flavorful burger and shake creation, crafted by master chef Kerry Simon, is
only available for one month. Ordered separately, the burgers are $14 and the
shakes are $6, while the burger and shake of the month combo is $18.
The
delicious creations for June are the shogun burger and mocha coconut milkshake.
Marinated in sweet chili, the shogun burger is made with Applewood smoked
bacon, caramelized onions, ginger sesame coleslaw, fried egg and shishito
pepper aioli on a white bun. The mocha coconut milkshake complements the shogun
burger and is made with mocha ice cream and coconut, topped with whipped cream,
chocolate syrup and toasted coconut.
For
the month of July, guests can experience the all-American BBQ rib burger. Made
with an eight-ounce beef patty and drenched in barbecue sauce, the burger is
topped with tender barbecue beef rib meat, coleslaw, crispy fried onions and
American cheese, all served on an onion roll. Accompanying the burger is the
classic apple pie milkshake. The dessert is made with homemade vanilla ice
cream, swirled with apples and cinnamon and garnished with whipped cream, pie
crust pieces and caramel sauce.
Wrapping
up the summer, the teriyaki chicken burger is available for the month of
August. The burger is made with sweet teriyaki chicken, lettuce, tomato,
sautéed onion, red peppers, julienne cucumber, grilled pineapple and cilantro
mayo on a white bun. Paired with the burger is a tasty pink lemonade milkshake
made with homemade pink lemonade ice cream topped with whipped cream and fresh
strawberries.
Dubbed
the “Rock ‘n’ Roll Chef” by Rolling Stone magazine, Kerry Simon knows a thing
or two about burgers. In an upbeat atmosphere, Simon offers patrons the
ultimate burger selection with his special flair. He serves up a menu of
uniquely inventive burgers, signature snacks and sides including his “Iron
Chef”-winning sliders, tater tots and sweet selections such as cotton candy and
the signature Captain Crunch milkshake. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to
11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
