As
temperatures hit the 100-degree mark, Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace
is creating a cool dessert for the pending steamy months. The Summer Fruit Pop is fast becoming a
best-selling item, especially for guests-on-the-go!
The
Summer Pop is served in the shape of a popsicle alongside a dollop of whipped
cream. The pop is made up of fresh fruit
cut daily including strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and kiwi with a
reduced white cranberry juice with no sugar added. The pop is $5 and now available.
The
award-winning Central Michel Richard features his world-renowned American fare
with a French accent. Pronounced
“sen-TRAHL,” Central is located in the heart of the iconic Caesars Palace hotel
lobby and is the world’s first 24-hour restaurant to be helmed by a James Beard
award winning chef. The 9,600
square-foot restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night menus, as
well as an extensive roster of specialty beers, wine and cocktails.
