intimate Scotch Dinner Thursday, June 28 at 8 p.m. The exclusive event will
feature a specially created five-course menu with a different scotch from The
Macallan Portfolio to complement each delectable course. Guests will enjoy
carefully crafted creations from Executive Chef Doug Bell such as Maine Lobster
Bisque, Duck Prosciutto and Arugula Salad as well as Certified All Natural
Filet with bacon wrapped fingerling potatoes, morels and baby fennel. Macallan
Ambassador John Dupont will be on hand to speak to guests on the intricacies of
scotch and its versatility as a pairing. The evening is sure to be an
informative event for scotch newcomers and enthusiasts alike.
