Celebrating
the launch of his new memoir, MOST TALKATIVE: Stories from the Front Lines of
Pop Culture, Bravo television personality Andy Cohen hosted a book signing with
over 200 adoring fans at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Friday, June 1.
Cohen
took time out of his active schedule to speak with each of the fans directly,
personalize copies of his memoir and pose for photographs with guests at Queue
Bar inside the distinctive luxury resort.
Surprising everyone, Cohen’s friend and fellow Bravo celebrity Vicki
Gunvalson of The Real Housewives of Orange County made an appearance at the
event. Gunvalson chatted and took
pictures with the attendees as they went through the line. At the conclusion of the event, Cohen and
Gunvalson caught up for a few laughs before Cohen and his parents dined at Blue
Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill.
Voted
“Most Talkative” by his high school classmates, Andy Cohen has kept true to his
moniker throughout the years. In his new
memoir, Cohen takes readers behind the scenes of his life and work to tell the
story of his rise from a TV-adoring kid to an Emmy Award-winning executive and
producer of Bravo’s top-rated shows including Top Chef, The Real Housewives
franchise and Project Runway, and host of Watch What Happens Live. Aside from serving as a manual on how to make
it in the television industry, Cohen’s book also draws a portrait of a loving
family and parents who supported his passions and stood by his side when he
“came out” about his homosexuality in college.
The book is a laugh riot, a coming-of-age story, a love letter to the
television industry and a heartfelt shout-out to the family, friends,
colleagues, producers, mentors, celebrities, chefs and housewives who’ve made
his dreams a reality.
