model and recording artist, Nick Hissom, embarks on his first major musical
endeavor at Wynn Las Vegas. Hissom will
debut his much anticipated new single, “Killin’ Tonight” at Tryst Nightclub on
May 27, featuring a performance with electronic dance music DJ duo,
Manufactured Superstars, the DJs/producers behind the smash hit “Take Me Over”
and Hissom’s new single.
Hissom’s
Las Vegas performance marks the first of many dates with Manufactured
Superstars as they embark on a summer long tour across the U.S. and Europe at
notable venues to promote the single. With the mass following of Manufactured
Superstars combined with the industry hype surrounding Nick Hissom, many tour
locations have already sold out.
"We
are all ecstatic about the song and beginning our summer tour,” says Hissom.
“Entering the music industry has been a process of learning and personal growth
for me. I'm certainly not slowing down when it comes to my career in fashion,
I'm just working twice as hard to pursue two industries that I'm equally
passionate about."
In
addition to the debut of the “Killin’ Tonight”, Hissom will record a music
video that features a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the single. The video will incorporate energetic dance
sequences and live performance footage shot at multiple locales at the resort
including Surrender and Tryst nightclubs.
Hissom,
who has enjoyed a successful career modeling for designer Tommy Hilfiger is now
committed to his musical endeavors for the long term as was recently detailed
in the April 2012 issue of Interview magazine.
On
May 30, upon his return to the east coast, Hissom will perform at Gabrielle’s
Angels Foundation Millennial Ball at LAVO NYC. He will headline, along with
Natascha Bessez, is set to wow Manhattan’s young elite who are to stand up
against cancer through this benefit fundraiser.
