TENDER Steakhouse at the Luxor offers Mother's Day Specials!


K.C. Fazel, executive chef of TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino, has created a special prix fixe menu priced at $49 per person in honor of Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13.

Mothers and their families will begin the delicious three-course menu with a choice of Hearts of Romaine and Baby Romaine Caesar Salad made with garlic anchovy dressing, parmesan crisps and focaccia croutons or Maine Lobster Bisque.

For the second course, mom can enjoy the option of a 10-ounce New Zealand Beef Ribeye served with organic mushrooms and caramelized onion ragout, Pan Roasted Skuna Bay Salmon made with organic farro pilaf and Mediterranean succotash, or Mom’s Famous Yankee Pot Roast, served with roasted baby root vegetables and heirloom fingerling potatoes in rosemary beef sauce.

For the final course, TENDER will treat mothers to a decadent dessert with the option of Farmer’s Market Strawberries topped with whipped cream or Crème Brulee served with Tahitian vanilla bean custard, a shortbread cookie and huckleberry compote.  A complimentary box of chocolates also will be provided to all mothers.

The elegant 12,000-square-foot restaurant features warm cherry wood walls and soft mood lighting for an upscale dining experience. Highlighted by leather seating and antler-crusted chandeliers, the interior offers guests a luxurious ambiance combined with a classic and intimate feel. TENDER has a relaxing main dining room, bar and lounge and two smaller private dining rooms for meetings and small parties accommodating 15 to 30 guests, respectively.
