The Golden Nugget Hotel has the 5th Annual Grand Poker Series coming up!

The Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino will host its fifth annual Grand Poker Series June 2 – July 4, 2012 in the property’s luxurious events center, The Grand.

This month-long event will feature more than 270 poker tournaments including Omaha high/low, HORSE, Badugi, Mixed Games, 7 Card Stud and plenty of heart-pounding No Limit Hold ‘em action, as well as cash games, special tournaments for seniors and ladies, and two signature bracelet events - the Poker Queen Ladies Championship and The Grand Finale No Limit Championship.

This year, Poker Player Newspaper will partner with the Golden Nugget for a special Poker Player of the Year Tournament on July 4 at noon. The buy in is $600 and the tournament is open to the public. This will be a No Limit Hold ‘em event with 45 minute levels, a great structure and a grand prize championship gold ring and trophy.
