Michel
Richard is known for his satisfying American fare prepared with a French
accent… and The Gazillionaire is known for being, well, filthy rich. Together, they’re offering audiences a new
experience complete with “AbsinTinis” and a show filled with outlandish comedy
and jaw-dropping acts – all taking place stripside at Caesars Palace.
Guests
at Central Michel Richard may now experience the restaurant’s special ABSINTHE
Menu. At $45 per person, Central guests
choosing this menu will also receive $20 off tickets for ABSINTHE. Additionally, any guest who shows their
ABSINTHE ticket stub upon arrival at Central after seeing the show, will receive
20 percent off dinner or may purchase the specially priced ABSINTHE menu.
Open
24-hours, 7 days per week, Michel Richard is the first James Beard
award-winning chef to offer around-the-clock dining. Central’s menu reflects Richard’s signature
American cuisine crafted with a French accent.
Just like the menu and décor inside and out, the experience is
unpretentious yet imaginative. The total
300-capacity restaurant is adjacent to Caesars Palace’s bustling registration
lobby and steps away from ABSINTHE on the Roman Plaza. This prime location at the Strip-facing main
entrance of the hotel allows for guests to park in the hotel's main valet and
go directly into the restaurant.
The
brand new prix fixe menu begins with the AbsinTini, made with Lucid Absinthe,
Melon Liquor, lime and a splash of ginger ale.
The first course selections include Richard’s signature bacon and onion
tart, deviled eggs or the mixed green salad.
The second course showcases Central’s fried chicken with smashed
potatoes, pan seared salmon with succotash or the crab burger with Ginger
mayo. Topping off the menu: chocolate
mousse with raspberry sauce, ice-cream or sorbet or Michel’s chocolate bar.
ABSINTHE
features The Gazillionaire, the foul-mouthed impresario, his raucous assistant
Penny Pibbets and the cast of eccentric performers. Together, they allure and hypnotize audiences
with the incredibly daring acts they have come to love. Located on the Roman Plaza at Caesars Palace,
the Spiegelworld venue integrates old-world charm with their
theater-in-the-round presentation that keeps the action mere feet from the
captivated audience. ABSINTHE opened to
rave reviews in April 2011 and has continued to capture raves from both critics
and audiences alike.
