R & B Singer Brandy in Vegas! Where?

R&B singer Brandy was spotted last night having dinner with her boyfriend at Martorano’s at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. She enjoyed the South Philly cheesesteak, and after dinner signed Steve Martorano’s photo with, “The food is amazing, my boyfriend and I LOVE IT.”
