Saturday,
April 14), boxing icon Mike Tyson hosted a star-studded grand opening event for
his one-man show “Mike Tyson: UNDISPUTED TRUTH – Live on Stage” at MGM Grand’s
Hollywood Theatre. Tyson along with wife/producer/co-writer Kiki Tyson,
producer/creator Adam Steck and director/co-writer Randy Johnson welcomed a
packed house of friends, family, celebrities and VIPs.

guests seen walking the red carpet included television personality Rosie
O’Donnell, talk show host/comedian George Lopez, talk show host Piers Morgan,
retired professional boxer Sugar Ray Leonard, singer/television personality
Paula Abdul, R&B artist Eddie Levert, DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia, R&B
artist Al B. Sure!, comedian Carrot Top, comedian Andrew Dice Clay, hip-hop
personality Don “Magic” Juan, Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter Melissa
Manchester, Jeff Timmons of vocal group 98 Degrees, Chris Phillips of the
singing duo Zowie Bowie, cast of “FANTASY” from Luxor, cast of “Thunder From

As
Tyson took the stage, he was greeted with a standing ovation and at the end of
the show, he received the same respect as the crowd rose to their feet with
applause.

world premiere, one-man show starring legendary boxer Mike Tyson. The sports
idol thrills audiences with untold stories, peeling back layers of tragedy and
public turmoil while unfolding his tale of triumph and survival. In an
up-close-and-personal setting inside the Hollywood Theatre at MGM Grand, Tyson
delivers vignettes from his life, experiences as a professional athlete and
controversies in between, completed by a backdrop of iconic images, videos and
live music from the six-piece band The Contenders. It’s truly raw and electric
theater, in its purest form, live on stage. The show has a limited run now
through April 18 with nightly performances at 8 p.m.
