Embers Grille offers new exciting Spring Menu! YUMM Fig wrapped dates!

Embers Grille + Spirits, a neighborhood restaurant and gathering spot in Summerlin’s Boca Park, announces a new menu for spring under the direction of Executive Chef Aaron Klafter-Phillips.

Chef Phillips brings years of Strip experience to Summerlin’s growing dining scene with previous stints at restaurants such as Table 10, Bradley Ogden and Stack Restaurant & Bar. As a UNLV graduate majoring in restaurant management, Phillips draws from a skillful education to oversee all facets of the kitchen. With Phillips at the helm, Embers introduces fresh dishes to accompany the menu’s signature servings.

The eatery will feature new offerings across the menu. Updated appetizers consists of Roasted Garlic Hummus with a side of grilled pita bread, Goat Cheese Crostinis with roasted fennel and fig and Bacon Wrapped Dates that are stuffed with a toasted almond and include blue cheese with a pomegranate reduction. The restuarant will also boast a fresh selection of salads including the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, a fresh mix of cherry tomatoes, fingerling potatoes, hard-cooked eggs, haricot verts and akalamata olive vinaigrette and the Grilled Steak Salad, made with cherry tomatoes, crispy shallots, roasted garlic vinaigrette and a blue cheese crostini.

Diners have a wide array of entrees to choose from as Embers serves up everything from grilled favorites to burgers and fish. Joining signature items such as BBQBaby Back Ribs and Embers 10 oz Tri Tip Steak are new options to center the feast including the Grilled Chimichurri Chicken Breast Burger with butter lettuce, tomato, red pepper chili aioli on a challah bun and Pan Roasted Free Range Chicken that includes a Panzanella salad and is served with cherry tomato, roasted shallot and pumpkin seed pesto. For pasta lovers, Embers introduces new dishes that include the Cioppino, a combination of mixed seafood and linguine in a spiced shellfish tomato sauce. Lighter fare includes the B.A.L.T. Wrap made of smoked bacon, avocado, romaine lettuce, cherry tomato and avocado herb aioli mayo and a healthy Grilled Miso Salmon, served with jasmine rice, bok choy, edamame and red pepper.

As the weather warms, diners will be able to enjoy the spring menu and the hotspot’s hand crafted cocktails on the extended outdoor patio, which will make its debut soon.
