Old Homestead Steakhouse offers special bourbon themed night! Caesars Palace!

Old Homestead Steakhouse at Caesars Palace will host a special night of bourbon-themed cocktails, food and dessert with Fred Noe, the master distiller and ambassador of the legendary Jim Beam family. Tickets are $115 per person and include a four-course dinner and reception with Fred Noe, where bourbon cranberry gelee, fish and chips with malt bourbon glaze and other bourbon-inspired appetizers will be served.

The four-course dinner designed by Chef Henderson starts with an Applewood bacon frisee salad followed by baked barbeque bourbon oysters, leading to the main course of the Old Homestead Steakhouse signature 30-day dry-aged New York Strip. Dessert will also be served with a touch of bourbon, created by Caesars Palace pastry chef Carlos Salazar. In addition to the food, each course is paired specially with a cocktail, such as the Basil’s Bloody Bubbles with the frisee salad and the Devil’s Dew with the New York Strip.

All cocktails will be the innovative creations of two award-winning master mixologists, Caesars Palace ’s own Eddie Perales and world-renowned Bobby “Bobby G” Gleason of Beam Global Spirits & Wine. All guests and locals 21 years of age or older are invited to attend the event and meet Fred Noe. Frederick “Fred” Booker Noe III, great-grandson of Jim Beam, is the seventh generation distiller and keeper of a family flame that has burned for more than 200 years. Noe has dedicated his life to perfecting the family’s closely guarded bourbon-making process and continuing his family’s legacy
