The
NHRA Division 7 Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series returns to The Strip at Las Vegas
Motor Speedway. Featuring Top Alcohol Dragsters and Funny Cars, this weekend is
the perfect tune-up for the fans and Sportsman racers for the March 30-April 1
NHRA SummitRacing.com Nationals.
Qualifying
will begin at 8 a.m. Friday with Top Alcohol final eliminations on Sunday at
noon. Gates will open each day at 7 a.m.
Wednesday,
March 21

a.m-6 p.m. – Credential sales and pit parking.
Thursday,
March 22
7
a.m. – Credential sales and pit parking resumes for cars that arrived after 6
p.m. on Wednesday.
8
a.m. – Tech inspection.
10
a.m. – Test ‘n’ Tune ($100, 3-run punch card).
4
p.m. – Sportsman Shootout sign-up begins in control tower ($350 to enter).
5
p.m. – Conclude Test ‘n’ Tune.
7
p.m. – Credential sales and pit parking concludes for the day.
Friday,
March 23

a.m. – Credential sales, pit parking and tech inspection.
8
a.m. – Time trials and qualifying (2 runs scheduled): Stock, Super Street,
Super Comp, Super Gas, Motorcycle, Stock, TD, Comp, TS. Shootouts continue
following time trials until done.

p.m. – Conclude credential sales and pit parking.
Saturday,
March 24

a.m. – Gates open.

a.m. – Time Trials and qualifying.
Noon
– First Top Alcohol regional qualifying session.

p.m. – Eliminations begin.

p.m. – Second Top Alcohol regional qualifying session.

a.m. – Eliminations resume.
Noon
– First round of Top Alcohol eliminations.

p.m. – All final rounds of eliminations.
