This special occasion will be hosted by E! Entertainment’s Ross Mathews, whose eclectic comedic talents have taken him from his “Ross the Intern” stint on The Tonight Show, to red carpet hosting for E! and now guest hosting for their hit show “Chelsea Lately.

With world-renowned DJs, VIP service, star strutting performances, dance floors, private cabanas and unparalleled luxury, the UK’s Luciana will heat up the night.  Her viral YouTube video “I’m Still Hot,” co staring Betty White is approaching one million hits and has taken the dance charts by storm.

And on this special night, Adam Bouska and Jeff Parshley’s NOH8 campaign will “Share the Equality” andcelebration as both guests and Vegas entertainers alike are photographed for their iconic marriage equality images.  Beginning at 9pm the first 100 guests will receive complimentary photos, courtesy of SHARE.  The shoot will continue for all club guests until 11pm (tax deductible pricing info at www.noh8campaign.com) and following that, celebrities from shows throughout Vegas will walk the red carpet and strike their own NOH8 pose.

SHARE promoter/marketing guru, Eduardo Cordova, says, “Come ‘share’ your care for LGBT equality at this ‘Grand Opening Extravaganza’ that will go all night long!” Adding, “SHARE has raised the bar for premier nightlife, gay or straight, in Las Vegas and we want everyone to ‘share’ in this unforgettable evening.”

Adding to the revelry, local HIV/AIDS nonprofit Golden Rainbow will present an exclusive sneak peek of its “Ribbon of Life” show. Blending sexiness with attitude and drawing inspiration from past performances, the 30 minute preview is sure to thrill guests at SHARE nightclub.

This performance, created solely for SHARE’s opening, will give viewers a glimpse of the “Ribbons of Life” annual fundraiser and full-length performance taking place June 24, 2012 at The Smith Center, set to open in March 2012.

E! Entertainment’s Mathews hosting the night, commented, “It will be a night of celebration for great LGBT community causes.”

Additional, confirmed guests include, Carson Kressley, Jai Rodriguez, Ronnie Kroell, Angel Porrino, Josh Strickland and Laura Croft from E!’s TV hit “Holly’s World,” Penn and Teller, Josh Flagg and Madison Hildebrand with Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing; famed photographer Mike Ruiz and a cadre of national and international journalists is flying in to cover the event.

Other community allies from across the spectrum of Vegas entertainment will be making surprise appearances throughout the night.
