The
world-famous Improv at Harrah’s Las Vegas is the longest-running comedy club on
the Las Vegas Strip. The Improv’s ability to showcase young comedians, as well
as bring in big names, has attributed to its longevity and success.
Each
week, The Improv showcases three of the funniest and freshest faces in comedy,
creating a show that is always unique and definitely funny. The comedians who
will perform March 27 – April 1 are:
John
Henton: John Henton burst onto the comedy scene in 1991 after winning the
Johnny Walker National Comedy Search. Since then, Henton has made numerous
television appearances including “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson,” Comedy
Central’s “Premium Blend” and NBC’s “The Comedy Olympics: Starring Bob Hope and
Other Young Comedians.”
Scott
Kennedy: Scott Kennedy holds 23 years of stand-up comedy experience and is
recognized by Comedy Central as one of the Top 100 Comics of All Time. Kennedy
has made appearances on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” CBS’s “The Late Late Show”
and his CD titled REALLY?!?! received rave reviews. He has also performed at
the Montreal Comedy Festival, HBO’s Aspen Comedy Festival and Just for Laughs.
Josh
Rachford: A comedian, writer and actor, Josh Rachford uses his wide range of
experiences to entertain the crowd with his clever observations. Rachford has
been performing stand-up for six years, making appearances in Del Close
