Queen of Hearts Event for Lied Discovery Children's Museum

Last week Crystals at CityCenter proudly hosted Lied Discovery Children’s Museum’s inaugural Queen of Hearts event. Queen of Hearts honors 10 remarkable females: one national figure, eight local community leaders and one child “queen in the making” for their selfless giving of time, talent, resources and leadership. The 2012 Queen of Hearts honorees were Julie Murray (national), Ellie Smith (queen in the making), Michelle Ditondo, Mayor Carolyn Goodman, Robin Greenspun, Joan Lapan, Oleksandra Ruffin, Sonja Saltman, Dee Snyder, and Lindy Schumacher.

Queen of Hearts featured Clint Holmes as master of ceremonies and light fare and wine provided by Social House and Southern Wine & Spirits. The event is sponsored by Crystals at CityCenter, Encore
Productions, Vegas/Rated Magazine, Southern Wine & Spirits and gracious donations were made from USA Sevens Rugby, Blue Man Group at The Venetian, Bodies…The Exhibition, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition and much more. All proceeds benefit Lied Discovery Children’s Museum.
