720 – Beasley Broadcasting’s 50,000-watt news, traffic and weather giant in Las
Vegas – will air both the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Kobalt Tools 400 on March 11
and NASCAR Nationwide Series Sam’s Town 300 on March 10 from at Las Vegas Motor
Speedway.
Both
races are broadcast each year on the Speedway Motorsports-owned Performance
Racing Network (PRN, www.goprn.com). SMI also is the parent company of LVMS.
KDWN-AM 720 also will broadcast every PRN
NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race from all SMI-owned tracks, including Atlanta
Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, New Hampshire
Motor Speedway, Infineon Raceway, Bristol Motor Speedway and Kentucky Speedway.

NASCAR Weekend at the superspeedway kicks off
on Friday, March 9 with Stratosphere Pole Day. The NASCAR Nationwide Series
takes center stage on Saturday, March 10 with the annual Sam’s Town 300 at 2
p.m. The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Kobalt Tools 400 is scheduled to start at
noon on Sunday, March 11.
The race weekend begins Wednesday, March 7
with IMCA Modified and West Coast Late Model racing at the recently-resurfaced
half-mile Dirt Track. The World of Outlaws Sprint Cars Series will take center
stage at the Dirt Track on Thursday, March 8 and will be joined by the 360
Sprint Car Series.
