Leap Year special at Rhumbar...$4 drink specials!

Every four years the month of February is allotted an extra day to make up for the time it takes the Earth to travel around the Sun. However, RHUMBAR inside The Mirage believes this extra day is granted for people across the globe to celebrate having an additional day of fun. Wednesday, Feb. 29, the stylish cocktail lounge will offer leap year-inspired drink specials, all in honor of 2012’s additional day.

From 3 p.m. until 7 p.m., guests will spend the added day in February on RHUMBAR’s Caribbean themed patio enjoying $4 drink specials. Patrons will sip on tasty Coors Light, Rum Punch and Stoli cocktails along with other delicious libations, all while mingling, dancing or just relaxing only feet from the bustling Las Vegas Strip. DJ Larry Lynx will man the turntables to keep the celebration going as he tantalizes ears with the hottest beats. Plus, smoke aficionados will relish smooth choices from RHUMBAR’s impressive cigar menu.

Recently named one of AOL.com’s top Las Vegas patios, RHUMBAR is a highly stylized cocktail and cigar lounge inspired by the cool mood of the Caribbean. The plush outdoor patio is reminiscent of a tropical retreat offering a picturesque location for guests to mingle, sip cocktails, and smoke cigars. Located near the main entrance of The Mirage, RHUMBAR is owned and operated by Drive This! Entertainment.
