Flightlinez zipline attraction, Fremont Street
Experience, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and Team In Training (TNT).
Flightlinez and the Fremont
Street Experience will donate all revenues from zipline rides on Wednesday,
Jan. 25 from noon to midnight to LLS. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society have
several fundraising initiatives through the year and one of the largest
reaching fundraisers is their Team In Training program.
The TNT program was designed
to take novice runners and exercisers and prepare them for physical challenges
such as marathons and cycling events while raising funds to aide in research of
life saving blood cancer treatments. The team is kicking off their spring 2012
TNT in late January and this is a great way for people to help with the kickoff
of the season and fundraise in a simple and exhilarating way! The money raised
will help with local patient medical costs and research.
Flightlinez is committed to
serving the Las Vegas community by hosting charitable fundraisers throughout
the year. The monthly events have been a great way to put the “fun” back in
fundraising for so many charities during tough economic years. In early 2011,
Flightlinez and Fremont Street Experience began hosting these monthly events
and have donated nearly $200,000 to various charities.
