Get out
your cameraphones and head to Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace this
holiday season. Available now through
the end of January, guests who order the snowman vacherin and post a photo of
it to www.Facebook.com/CentralLV and/or www.Twitter.com/CentralLV will receive

dishes that made Michel Richard famous.
A slowly baked French meringue dessert filled with ice-cream, Richard’s
vacherin is now available at Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace. Priced at $12, $2 of every snowman will also

season. Once the photo is posted, guests
just need to show their phone to their server and voila! For more information on Central, go to www.centralLV.com

ABOUT MICHEL RICHARD
Michel Richard
is pleased to welcome you to Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace, the
first-ever restaurant helmed by a James Beard Award-winning chef to be open 24
hours a day. He exemplifies the art of
cuisine and a love of his profession, and was a pioneer in French/California
cuisine before moving to Washington, D.C., where Michel Richard Citronelle
became his flagship restaurant.
Richard's creativity can be seen in prestigious culinary publications
such as Food & Wine, Food Arts and Bon Appétit. Chosen by the James Beard Foundation as
Outstanding Chef 2007, Richard also won the James Beard Foundation Award for
Outstanding Wine Service at Citronelle the same year and his second book, “Happy
in the Kitchen” published by Artisan, received a James Beard Nomination. To rave reviews, and the 2008 James Beard
Award for Best New Restaurant, he opened the first Central Michel Richard in
Washington, D.C., which continues to be a highlight of that city’s restaurant
scene. Rounding out Richard’s
illustrious culinary portfolio is his elegant MICHEL, a modern French
restaurant, opened at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner in fall 2010.
