Raise your glass of bubbly
this New Year's Eve at Bacio by Carla Pellegrino, where Executive Chef Carla
Pellegrino will host a special New Year’s Eve Bacio Bash. The evening,
featuring champagne, surprise DJs, party favors, a special four-course prix
fixe menu and viewing of the fireworks, will commence at 7:30pm on Saturday, December 31. An A’ la Carte menu will be
available prior to 7:30pm .
“Bacio means 'kiss' in
Italian and this New Year's Eve I will kiss 2011 good-bye and celebrate in
style with my new friends,” said Carla Pellegrino. “We'll have music, noise
makers, delicious food and champagne and watch the fireworks. It'll be a great
party.”
The New Year’s Eve Bacio Bash
will allow guests to enjoy a delectable four-course Italian menu specially
created by Chef Carla while being entertained by surprise DJs and party favors
to ring in the New Year. Just prior to midnight , Chef Carla will escort her guests to a private viewing area where
they will enjoy Tropicana Las Vegas’ firework display.
