The Venetian® and The
Palazzo® officially welcome the holidays with the inaugural Winter in Venice™
celebration including a musical performance from Grammy-nominated, platinum
recording artist and season six “American Idol” winner, Jordin Sparks, today,
Monday, Nov. 21.
Starting at 6 p.m. at The
Venetian’s Doge’s Palace, adjacent to the outdoor gondolas, resort guests and
the public are invited to experience the biggest event of the holiday season
with strolling carolers and festive holiday characters before the stunning
premiere of the Nightly Holiday Spectacular at 6:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy the
over-the-top show featuring the lighting of an awe-inspiring 65-foot LED
holiday tree.
Following the show, Jordin
will treat the crowd to a special performance of some of her hit songs along
with some holiday favorites before gracing the Winter in Venice 8 p.m. Ice skating session reservations will be available
for the public after 8 p.m.
The Nightly Holiday
Spectacular and musical performance by Jordin Sparks are complimentary and open
to the public.
