Stations Casino offers LOTS of dining options for Thanksgiving!


Several restaurants and buffets at Station Casinos and Fiesta properties will offer a wide variety of special Thanksgiving items for lunch and dinner Thursday, November 24th.  In many cases, restaurants will be expanding hours for the day. With choices ranging from traditional to alternative fall favorites, there will be something everyone in the family can enjoy. Regular menus will also be available at nearly all restaurants.

Feast and Festival Buffets will expand their wide variety of food during lunch and dinner.
The carving station will have: turkey, prime rib and ham. Traditional sides include sage stuffing, green bean and mushroom casserole and mashed potatoes. For those who want a unique flavor: roasted spaghetti squash with oven roasted tomato, pumpkin ravioli, and salmon with pecan maple chutney. To end the meal on a sweet note: caramel apples, pumpkin pie and cheesecake

Thanksgiving prices for both lunch and dinner are as follows:

  • Red Rock Resort and Green Valley Ranch: $21.99 with Boarding Pass rewards card, $23.99 without.

  • Aliante Station, Boulder Station, Santa Fe Station and Sunset Station: $14.99 with Boarding Pass rewards card, $16.99 without.

  • Palace Station, Texas Station, Fiesta Henderson and Fiesta Rancho: $12.99 with Boarding Pass rewards card and $14.99 without.

Buffet hours will remain the same for Thanksgiving and vary by property.


Pasta Cucina will take an Italian twist on the holiday.

Special full-course meal:
Basil rubbed turkey
Italian sausage and pine nut dressing
Roasted garlic and chive whipped potatoes
Tuscan sweet potatoes
House made orange cranberry sauce
Pumpkin cheesecake cannoli

The entire meal runs $14.99 per person. Aliante Station, Boulder Station and Texas Station’s locations will be open at 3 p.m. Palace Station and Sunset Station will open at 4 p.m. Reservations are accepted.

Terra Rossa at Red Rock Resort and Terra Verde at Green Valley Ranch Resort will offer a gourmet Italian food experience and offer individually crafted menus including:

A la carte menu at Terra Rossa
Pumpkin ravioli with a hazelnut, sherry and maple sauce for an appetizer, a choice of porcini roasted turkey with sausage fennel stuffing or rack of lamb with a pistachio crust and pomegranate glaze for entrées, and for dessert, choice of a pumpkin panna cotta or vanilla roasted pear. Prices range from $10-$48 per dish.

A la carte menu at Terra Verde
Sautéed asparagus with cheese fondue and white truffle for an appetizer and turkey with sausage and pine nut stuffing, mascarpone and honey glazed yams, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce, or butternut squash filled ravioli for entrees. Prices range from $10-$28 per dish.

Terra Rossa will open at noon and Terra Verde will open at 11:30 a.m. Reservations are accepted.

For a south-of-the-border spin on Thanksgiving, Cabo Mexican Restaurant is adding some spice to the holiday.

Meal platter includes:
Shredded turkey enchiladas with poblano mole sauce
Mexican white rice
Poblano stuffing

Cabo will be open at 11 a.m. at Boulder Station, noon at Sunset Station, 3 p.m. at Aliante Station, Red Rock Resort and Santa Fe Station, and 4 p.m. at Palace Station. The platter runs $13.99 per person. Cabo locations at Palace Station and Sunset Station are accepting reservations.

All Grand Cafés will offer a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

Special full-course meal:
Slow roast turkey
Chestnut stuffing
Yukon Gold mashed potatoes
Candied yams
Choice of pumpkin pie or apple pie (apple crisp at Red Rock)

Grand Cafés are at Boulder Station, Palace Station, Red Rock Resort, Santa Fe Station, Sunset Station and Texas Station. The Thanksgiving special will be offered from 11 a.m. The meal runs $15.99 per person at Red Rock Resort where guests will have a prime rib entrée option, an additional soup/salad course and more dessert choices. The special runs $9.99 per person at all other locations. Reservations will not be accepted.

Each steakhouse and Oyster Bar location, in addition to China Spice and Amigo’s Mexican Cantina, will offer customized Thanksgiving menus including:

Austins Steakhouse at Texas Station: Set menu of pumpkin and butternut squash soup, turkey dinner with traditional sides including green beans and homemade apple crisp or pumpkin pie. The cost is $33 and the restaurant opens at 3 p.m. Reservations are accepted.

Texas Star Oyster Bar: A departure from the traditional Thanksgiving foods, offerings include cream of butternut squash soup and grilled swordfish with white wine butter sauce served over linguini. The cost is $24 and the restaurant opens at noon. Reservations will not be accepted.

The Broiler Steak & Seafood at Palace Station and Boulder Station: A turkey dinner with all the traditional fixings and the famous salad bar. The cost is $19 (Palace Station) and $19.99 (Boulder Station). Palace Station’s location opens at noon and Boulder Station’s location opens at 1 p.m. Reservations are accepted.

China Spice at Green Valley Ranch: For an appetizer, a choice of crab and corn chowder or house salad. Entrée choices are roasted turkey with apple sausage stuffing or honey roasted ham. Both are served with yams, green beans and cranberry sauce. For dessert, a choice of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie. The cost is $19.99 and the restaurant opens at 5 p.m. Reservations will not be accepted.

Amigo’s Mexican Cantina at Fiesta Henderson: A classic turkey dinner with trimmings and a choice of pumpkin or apple pie. The cost is $9.99 and the restaurant opens at 2 p.m. Reservations will not be accepted.

Oyster Bar at Sunset Station: Roasted turkey served with green beans, potatoes in a red eye gravy sauce and oyster stuffing. The cost is $20 and the restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m. Reservations will not be accepted.

Oyster Bar at Palace Station: A turkey gumbo with spices, okra and Andouille sausage over white rice. The cost is $15.99. The special menu will be offered from 11 a.m. Reservations will not be accepted.

Tides Oyster Bar at Green Valley Ranch: A choice of soup or salad, honey glazed Virginia ham with traditional sides and pumpkin tart with crème Anglaise. The cost is $24 and the restaurant opens at 11 a.m. Reservations will not be accepted.

Sonoma Cellar Steakhouse at Sunset Station, MRKT at Aliante Station and Charcoal Room at Santa Fe Station: Brined, herb marinated and roasted turkey with homemade dressing, haricot verts, mashed sweet potatoes, mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and cranberry sauce. The cost is $25. MRKT and Charcoal Room open at 3 p.m. and Sonoma Cellar opens at 4 p.m. Reservations are accepted.

Hank’s Fine Steaks at Green Valley Ranch: Roasted sugar pumpkin soup, salad with greens, endive, goat cheese, beets and pomegranate seeds and roasted turkey with traditional sides. Items are sold separately and range in price from $8-$35. The restaurant opens at 4 p.m. and reservations are accepted.

T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Resort: The menu will feature apple salad with radicchio, dried cherries and marcona almonds, and butternut squash bisque with bacon, chives and crème fraiche for appetizers. Entrees choices are organic free range turkey with cornbread and sausage stuffing, fresh cranberry sauce, mashed sweet potatoes and green beans, or cedar roast plank salmon with acorn squash with wild mushrooms and roasted barley. Dessert is a choice of spiced pumpkin bread pudding with bourbon vanilla sauce or warm apple crumble served with apple cider and caramel ice cream. Items are sold separately and range in price from $8-$42. The restaurant opens at 3 p.m. and reservations are accepted.

Fuego at Fiesta Henderson: A set menu with pumpkin and butternut squash soup, turkey dinner with all the fixings and choice of pumpkin or pecan pie for dessert. The cost is $24. The restaurant will open at 4 p.m. and reservations are accepted.

All of the prices above are per person unless otherwise indicated and substitutions to the Thanksgiving Day menu may not be permitted. Thanksgiving hours may vary from regular hours.
