segment starring Chef de Cuisine Michael Wolf as he shows viewers the secrets
behind some of the most popular dishes at the restaurant. The third video

baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, candied walnuts and dried
cherries. The tutorial is full of chef tricks and tips on how to create
beautiful entrées with the freshest ingredients. Techniques include how to
candy walnuts, keep apples from browning and plate dishes like a pro.
