division of Image Entertainment, announces the DVD and Digital release of Nick Cannon: Mr. Showbiz, a comedy special by
renowned multi-faceted actor, comedian and entertainer Nick Cannon. Cannon
offers a no-holds-barred timeline of his life and success from his humble
beginnings, failed attempts to be a gangster, and his marriage in his one-man
stand-up show. The 60-minute television event, which was shot at the Pearl
Theatre at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas aired on Showtime in May 2010 and to
date, is their highest-rated stand-up comedy special in all key demos since
January 2010. The Nick Cannon: Mr. Showbiz DVD release will feature the full, unedited 90-minute stand-up show. The DVD and Digital Download is set to be released October 25 for a SRP of $14.98 and will also feature an exclusive behind-the-scenes
interview with Cannon discussing how he got started in stand-up and how comedy
helped shape his success as an actor, host and executive.
