Superstar Jennifer Lopez proves she’s still got it
after her split with husband, Marc Anthony, as suitors from Chippendales at the
Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino flocked around her figure at Madame Tussauds Las
Vegas this past week.
Chaun Thomas, Nathan Minor, Kris Davis and
Chippendales’ special musical guest Jeff Timmons were invited on the ultimate
summer speed date with the world’s sexiest new single and presented her figure
with special gifts to woo her wax likeness.
“J.Lo has always been one of our most popular
figures, but she’s been getting even more attention since the news of her
separation,” said Rosita Chapman, General Manager of Madame Tussauds Las
Vegas. “We decided to give her fans the opportunity to get up close to their
heroine and practice their best pick up lines. She certainly has no
shortage of suitors judging by the response!”
Madame Tussauds features more than 100 celebrity wax
figures and is located in front of The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino. The
attraction features seven themed rooms and includes new figures such as Eva
Longoria, Gwen Stefani and more!
Since it opened as one of the first locations outside
of London , Madame Tussauds Las Vegas has entertained over five
million visitors, scoring record attendance.
Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is currently offering
an online summer locals special. Locals with a Nevada ID can purchase
tickets online for $12.50 each (50 percent off the General Admission rate)
through September 5, 2011.
